G10/FR-4 Epoxy Fiberglass Processed Parts
G10/FR-4 Epoxy Fiberglass Processed Parts are CNC-machined from high-performance glass fiber reinforced epoxy laminates to meet exact customer specifications. Available as milled, drilled, turned, engraved, or precision-cut components, these parts combine outstanding electrical insulation with excellent mechanical strength and low moisture absorption. G10 is preferred where high mechanical performance is required, while FR-4 adds flame-retardant properties for applications requiring enhanced fire safety. Every component can be produced in custom shapes, tight tolerances, and various thicknesses, making them suitable for complex insulating structures used in power equipment, industrial automation, transportation, and electronic systems.
