G10 Filament Wound Fiberglass Tube
G10 Filament Wound Fiberglass Tube is manufactured by continuously winding alkali‑free E‑glass yarns, impregnated with a heat‑curable epoxy resin, around a mandrel under controlled tension, followed by high‑temperature curing to form a seamless laminate. This process yields tubes with uniform wall thickness, void‑free structure, and exceptional dimensional stability. The material demonstrates minimal dielectric loss at 50 Hz (≤0.05) and maintains over 50 % of its flexural strength after 24 h immersion in transformer oil at 90 ± 2 °C. Resistant to SF₆, oils, and common industrial chemicals, it ensures long‑term performance in harsh environments without deformation or delamination.
