3640 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Tube
The 3640 tube is manufactured by hot‑rolling layers of high‑tenacity, alkali‑free E‑glass cloth saturated with a tailored epoxy‑phenolic resin, followed by precision baking and hot pressing to achieve a uniform, void‑free wall structure. Its B‑class insulation rating ensures continuous operation up to 130 °C, while the laminated construction provides high flexural and compressive strengths alongside stable dielectric properties even after prolonged immersion in transformer oil. Finished tubes exhibit a smooth, clean surface with tight thickness tolerances, enabling precise machining into coil insulation cylinders, spacer rods, and other structural components.
