Product Details

Manufactured from multiple plies of electrical-grade glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin, these slot wedges are hot-pressed to a controlled thickness and cured for consistent dielectric and mechanical performance. Profiles are supplied as blanks or finished wedges (rounded noses, chamfers, keyways) and can be CNC-machined or punched to match exact slot geometry. The laminate resists moisture, offers low creep and stable dielectric properties under load, and is suitable for varnish or impregnation finishes. Production includes dimensional inspection and batch electrical testing to ensure repeatable retention force and long service life in rotating machines.
