As one electronic insulation material, FR4/G10/G11/FR5 is wildly used in lots of applications. The standard thickness of them are according to different application.
As core material of PCB board, the thickness of EPGC201 sheet will be 0.75mm, 1.5mm and 2.3mm.
If working as slot wedge, the standard size of EPGC202 sheet will be usually between 0.8mm to 3mm.
If working as insulation screw and nut, you could choose NEMA FR4 rod or tube. If producing these by NEMA G10/ FR4 sheet, the thickness of them will be usually 3~16mm.
If working as support blocks, the thickness of EPGC203/208 sheet will be over 20mm thickness.
